Xenith Solutions announces a new Vice President of Finance


Xenith Solutions LLC, a business solutions provider in delivering information technology solutions to the government, announces today that Lawrence (Larry) Kahler has joined the company as the Vice President of Finance.  He will report to Lee Shabe, a founding partner at Xenith Solutions.  


Kahler’s extensive experience in finance, government contracting, and business operations spans over 25 years, specializing in helping companies increase profitability, cash flow and operational efficiencies.   Prior to joining Xenith Solutions, Kahler was the Vice President of Program Finance at L-3 Communications National Security Solutions. He was responsible for managing the project accounting and program controls, while supporting the sector President and Chief Financial Officer with operational management. 


“Larry is going to play a significant role as Xenith Solutions continues to grow and expand, while also ensuring our business is compliant to governing accounting and contracting practices and regulations.” said Lee Shabe.  “He is a great addition to the Xenith team and will bring immediate value to the organization.”

GSA awards Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) to Xenith Solutions, LLC

Xenith Solutions, LLC a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) based in Reston, Virginia announces today that it has been awarded a five year U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) with contract number 47QTCA20D00DJ, for IT Services under the Information Technology category.

Xenith Solutions underwent proper validation with GSA officials to verify that the company's pricing for services and solutions are compliant with GSA terms and conditions. As GSA continues to roll out Phase III of the MAS consolidation, we will continue to see a more simplified and modernized purchase experience for both contractors and government agencies.

Xenith Solutions is proud to support the Border Patrol Foundation's  Annual Purse and Boots Fundraiser. Funds raised will benefit the Border Patrol Foundation's mission to support surviving families of fallen agents through financial assistance and scholarships.

The event took place July 25, 2020 at Flemings Prime Steakhouse & Winebar in Tysons Corner, VA.

Mr. Shabe, a recognized leader in the small-business community, joins the NSBA Leadership Council alongside other small-business advocates from across the country as they work to promote the interests of small business to policymakers in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Shabe joined the NSBA Leadership Council as part of his efforts to tackle the many critical issues facing small-business, including tax reform, regulatory restraint, health care costs and how the Affordable Care Act will impact small-business.
